What does it actually cost to run?
QR Track itself is free. The only cost is the server you run it on. Realistic options:
Shared hosting
Most cPanel-based hosts run it for $3–10/month. Use the SQLite backend so you don’t need a separate database. Suitable for under 100k scans/month.
$5/month VPS
Vultr, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, OVH KS — any 1 GB RAM box runs QR Track comfortably for hundreds of thousands of scans/month with MariaDB.
Existing server
Already running a website? QR Track adds <10 MB of files and a small SQLite or MariaDB database. Drop it into a subdomain and you’re done.
